After listening to an interesting interview with Jared Diamond I have bought a copy of his book "Collapse". I think he has taken a wide systemic view of societies and cultures that is likely to have some relevance to organisations.

Much of Viv’s work is with staff experiencing major change. She uses her training as a sociodramatist to address issues that occur when adjusting to new situations.
Viv has long-standing relationships with unions and employers, helping them to work together to achieve mutually satisfying results.
My Current Projects
Conflict Management
At the moment I am working with a few teams who are experiencing difficulties in their working relationships. This is affecting how they are as a team. I am leading specific sessions to assist them work out their differences in order to improve their team functioning.
